The project to transform an old motorbike shop into four functional office blocks was a daunting task from the start. The team faced numerous challenges that seemed impossible to overcome.

The first challenge was to wrangle all the exposed services in the old motorbike shop. The team had to work around numerous obstacles such as exposed pipes, electrical wiring, and other mechanical systems.

The second challenge was the tight timeline. The team only had three months to complete the project, which added immense pressure to the already complicated task. To ensure that they could meet the deadline, the team had to work long hours and be extremely efficient in their work.

However, all this, plus a re-location of the power box, was all made possible by our fantastic team. The finished result was a modern and functional office space that exceeded expectations in such a small time frame
